The motivation behind making this website is to guide and help Government employees of Pakistan during the time spent getting register with the Government’s official program which is EOBI ( Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (Pakistan). EOBI is Pakistan’s Government venture, which is shaped to help and encourage the government employees.

Many Government employees of Pakistan don’t know how to get connected or registered with EOBI. We give the most recent updates and guides to employees in turning into a part of this project.

EOBI is a very big project that is being announced by the government of Pakistan. The main purpose of this project is an autonomous institution working in the domain of providing compulsory social insurance as required by Article 38 (C) of the Constitution. Under the EOBI scheme, all insured persons are entitled to get benefits like Old-Age benefits (pension) after retirement, invalidity pension in case of disability during your service period, Old-Age grant for those insured persons who attained superannuation age with meeting criteria of the minimum threshold for pension, Survivor’s Pension in case of death.
EOBI does not receive any financial help from the Government of Pakistan to carry out its operations. All employers concerned with the certain industrial and commercial private organisation under the jurisdiction of the EOBI Act are liable to contribute equally to 5% of the minimum wages of the employees. While employees of the said organisation are required to pay 1% of minimum wages in the contribution of pension.
Thanks to the Government of Pakistan who has given such a beneficiary to its employees. yet, despite the fact that the Project is for the wellbeing of employees, some of them are thinking that its difficult to how they can get registered with this valuable program.
Here on this point, the government has an absence of guidelines. they just launched their official site where you can get registration however no further details or even every day updates are available there.
And the hard task is, they even don’t know what to provide, and what not to become a part of this project.
We are doing our best in this site to explain and clarify all instructions which are needed to become a part of EOBI.
